Taylor-Dyches is pictured above with her father,
Dick Taylor, in Colmar, France. |
Tamara had been the editor of a tabloid-size newspaper
in Las Vegas before moving to Southern California. She
worked in Hollywood with movie production companies and
served the community as a "career coach" to
many aspiring actors/actresses.
When Taylor-Leigh learned of her Dads research into family
history that
disclosed an exceptionally interesting person and era
she was driven to author an easy to read book at the same
time bringing true history to light. She is a single mom
living near the beach in Playa del Rey, California, and
has a gift for "story telling".
Richard B. Taylor has extensive experience in the hotel
industry in Las Vegas until he became a publisher of history
books relating to Nevada and Las Vegas. He served in the
U.S. Army in Germany during the Cold War.
The family spent a week visiting historic cities in Germany
and France revisiting places Dick Taylor had learned to
love during his military service there 50 years ago.
Tina has been a "special education" teacher
most of her adult life. Her devotion to helping needy
children and their parents earned her a "tenured"
position at Brigham Young University, Provo, UT, as an
Assistant Professor. She now enjoys helping young teachers-to-be
learn the most recent techniques in improving the lives
of special ed children and their families.
